Yoga

Beginner Flow

Monday mornings, 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. and Tuesdays at noon, 12:00 to 12:45​ p.m.
 

Yin yang
Tuesday evenings, 5:15 to 6:30 p.m.

Yogalates
Tuesday evenings, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Moving with your baby

Monday and thursday mornings, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Gently move with your little one.
To all the mothers who devote themselves to their children, remember that you are fantastic! To continue to shine in this role, it is essential to think of yourself too. The ''Moving with Baby'' class is designed to put the mother at the center, while allowing the baby to enjoy these precious moments.

Because taking care of yourself after the arrival of your baby is essential, our Mommy-Baby class allows you to gently return to physical activity while sharing a special moment with your child. Adapted to the needs of new mothers, this class combines muscle strengthening, mobility, and well-being exercises in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.


In the program:

  • Safe exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles

  • Connection time with your baby to include them in the session

  • Personalized advice and adjustments

  • Positive energy and support between moms

Mobility-stretching

Monday mornings, 10:45 to 11:45 a.m.

Regain flexibility and freedom of movement
Give your body the attention it deserves with our Mobility - Stretching class. Designed to improve your flexibility, release tension, and optimize your posture, this class combines stretching, joint mobility, and breathing exercises.


Ideal for:
 

  • Improving flexibility and range of motion
     

  • Preventing joint pain and stiffness
     

  • Promoting muscle relaxation and release
     

  • Complementing a sports practice
