Yin yang yoga
Wednesday evenings from 5:15 pm to 6:30 pm

Breathe, move… and return to yourself.

In an often busy daily life, this yoga class is an invitation to slow down, to relax and to reconnect with your body.

Offered in a semi-private group setting , it takes place in a calm, warm and supportive atmosphere, where everyone can progress at their own pace.

 

Each session combines:
    • postures adapted to your level
    • breathing exercises
    • a moment of deep relaxation

The movement is done gently, with presence and awareness, to support both the body and the nervous system.

 

Yoga can contribute to:
    • improve flexibility and mobility
•     to release physical and mental tension
    • gently strengthen the body
    • to support smoother breathing
    • promote a state of calm and balance

Moving with baby

Mondays 9:30 to 10:30

Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30 and 10:45 to 11:45

Move gently… with your little treasure close by.

After the baby arrives, everything changes.
Rhythm, body, energy… and sometimes, the space we give ourselves.

This course is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, while including your baby in this moment.
A space to move, breathe and reconnect with your body, without pressure.

 

The Move with Baby course offers gentle, safe exercises adapted to the postnatal reality.

We're working on it:
    • Strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles
    • mobility and posture
    • progressive movement, respecting the body

The baby can be present throughout the entire session.
integrated into certain exercises or simply near you, in a calm and welcoming environment.

 

This course also includes:
    • a moment of connection with your baby
    • a space to drop off
    • a community of mothers who experience similar realities
    • Support, gentleness, and kindness

Each session is adapted to your pace, your energy… and that of your baby.

 

For mothers who wish to:
    • gently resume movement after childbirth
    • regain strength and stability
    • improve their posture
    • to take a moment for themselves, without separating from their baby

 

Because taking care of yourself is also taking care of your baby.

Getting moving again

Thursday mornings from 9:15 to 10:30

A course to get moving again… simply, at your own pace.

This course is for those who feel the need to get moving again, but don't know where to start or how to do it without getting hurt.

Remise en mouvement is a guided, accessible and safe space to reconnect with your body, regain mobility and rebuild a solid foundation.

 

The goal is simple:
improve mobility to support strength, flexibility and balance in everyday life.

 

Each session offers gentle and progressive exercises, adapted to different levels (beginner to intermediate), which are performed:

    • on the ground
    • standing
    • or on a chair

 

The course focuses on:
    • joint mobility
    • conscious movement
    • Progression without overloading
    • listening to the body

 

At each meeting, participants receive a sheet with exercises , so they can easily integrate them at home.

 

For anyone who wishes to:
    • start moving gently again
    • regain more fluidity in your body
    • to feel more stable and confident in one's movements
    • building sustainable foundations without pressure or performance

 

The course is offered in a semi-private format, with a maximum of 8 participants, which allows for personalized guidance in a calm, caring and safe atmosphere.

 

A simple, concrete and accessible first step to get back into movement… and well-being.

Sophrology level 1

Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

With Karine Belelfeuille, naturopath and sophrologist.

A space to slow down, breathe… and return to oneself.

Starting May 4th, this 6-course sophrology session invites you to discover a simple and accessible approach to support your daily well-being.

Sophrology combines breathing, gentle movements and visualization to help the body and nervous system regain a calmer, more stable and more balanced state.

 

This level 1 is a gradual introduction to sophrology.

Over the course of 6 sessions, you will learn to:
    • breathe better and release tension
    • reconnect with your bodily sensations
    • to soothe stress and the mind
    • Develop simple tools to integrate into your daily life

Each session takes place in a supportive, non-performance environment, where time is taken to explore and experience.

Regular practice of sophrology can help to:
    • reduce stress and anxiety
    • improve sleep
    • to support concentration
    • better manage emotions
    • regain a state of calm and grounding

This course is for anyone who wants to:
    • slow down and take a moment for yourself
    • develop practical tools for everyday life
    • learn to better manage your stress
    • gently reconnect with your body

No experience is required.

The session begins on May 4th and includes 6 classes, offered in small groups in a calm and respectful atmosphere. It is not possible to join the session once it is underway.

 

A first step towards more calm, clarity and balance… one breath at a time.
